Useabeliever.com is a subscription-based service with annual contracts whereby listings are automatically renewed under like terms from the day of subscription unless prior notice is given. At any time during the term the listing party may access their account to modify, update, add to, delete features, or remove listings in their entirety. Listings that delete features once payment has been submitted are not eligible for refunds for the disconnected features. Immerse, Inc. reserves the right to classify listings in business categories at its discretion including modifying any category created by Immerse, Inc. or a listing customer. Immerse, Inc. does not process any credit card information or online form of payment but rather provides “portals” to third party companies to handle such transactions.
